Choi Kwang Do is a modern martial arts system that incorporates the latest scientific research on human movement, biomechanics, and psychology. It was founded by Grand Master Choi, a martial arts legend who wanted to create a system that was not only effective for self-defence, but also beneficial for physical and mental health.

Our classes are dynamic and engaging, and they offer a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility, and agility. At Harper CKD, we follow Grand Master Choi's philosophy of "practical use for a better life," which means that we believe in using our martial arts skills to improve our daily lives, not just for self-defence.

Our kids' classes are specifically designed for children ages 4 and up. Our classes teach children important life skills, such as self-discipline, self-respect, and teamwork, in a safe and fun environment.
